The job nobody was hired to do

Somewhere in your company there's a task that only exists because two pieces of software refuse to speak to each other. Somebody re-types the invoice. Somebody pastes this spreadsheet into that one. I automate that job out of existence.

The usual suspects

What I automate, in roughly the order clients complain:

  • Document processing — invoices, contracts, intake forms: read, extracted, filed, routed. No human re-typing a PDF.
  • Data pipelines between tools that were never introduced — QuickBooks to the spreadsheet to the CRM and back.
  • Approval workflows — routed to the right person, nudged when they sit, escalated when they're ignored.
  • Reports and email triage — Monday numbers compiled Sunday night; your inbox sorted and drafted before your first coffee.

Works with the tools you already bought

Integration-first: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, QuickBooks, your CRM, that one ancient database everyone is afraid to touch. Nothing gets ripped out, nobody learns new software, and there is no slide deck that says “digital transformation.”

I once met a company where one employee's entire Friday was copying numbers between two systems made by the same vendor. This service is dedicated to her.
